Brandon Cook, Associate

Brandon is an associate in the Corporate/Business Entity Counseling practice group of Berger Harris. Barred in both New York and Pennsylvania, Brandon’s practice includes rendering advice in connection the governance of Delaware entities, including limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations. Before joining the firm, Brandon was an associate in the Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy LLP. While studying at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, he served as associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law and assisted clients seeking asylum as a pro bono contributor to the University of Pennsylvania Transnational Clinic. While Studying at SciencesPo Paris, he assisted the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in furtherance of its analysis of global trade agreements.
