Zachary is an associate with the Litigation practice group of Berger Harris, focusing in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Berger Harris, Zachary was an associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice group at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, LLP and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Chief Judge Christopher S. Sontchi and Judge Kevin Gross on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Zachary also volunteers with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project to provide pro bono legal services.
Zachary received his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2019. While at Delaware Law School, Zachary served as Editor-in-Chief to the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, held a seat on the board of the Transactional Law Honors Society, and externed for Judge Thomas L. Ambro of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Justice Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
